Give every saved item a reason
A saved product is useful only when you can explain the question it may answer. Keep the source link, item or model reference, variant, check date and one short reason together. If the only reason is “looks interesting,” move it out of the active shortlist.
Use a small, repeatable record
- Source: page, album or category where the option was found.
- Identity: item reference and exact size, colour or configuration.
- Observed detail: only what the current source text or images support.
- Open question: missing measurement, variant photo, price component or shipping input.
- Status: link state and date of the most recent check.
Remove duplicates without losing evidence
Group items by the same intended use, not merely by a similar title. When two entries point to the same item, keep the record with the clearer source and variant information. Retain a note about any differing price date or seller statement instead of combining them into an unsupported conclusion.
Recheck before using an external listing
Links, stock and prices can change. Confirm the destination and selected variant again, and keep any amount with its currency and check date. External charges may not be included. Photos can support visible observations but not authenticity, material, seller reliability or future condition.
Move forward only with a specific question
After the list is grouped, use the matching category to compare like with like. Open an item page when you need a detail that only that source can answer.
