Keep measurements tied to the selected size
Record the source link, colour, size and check date with the stated waist, rise, inseam and leg opening. Seller measurements may use different methods, so keep the unit and method when shown. Do not copy one size chart across unrelated listings.
Visible details to compare
- Inseam and the photographed position on the wearer.
- Rise, waistband construction and closure type.
- Leg opening shape and visible drape.
- Pocket placement, seams and photographed lining.
State what remains unknown
Photos can show visible proportion and surface texture for the photographed garment. They do not establish fibre content, fabric weight, stretch, comfort, shrinkage or durability. Treat those fields as seller-provided unless a separate source supports them.
Use QC photos for the labelled item only
If item-specific images identify a size and colour, they can document visible measurements and condition for that item. If the variant is unclear, record the mismatch rather than applying the images to every option.
External handoff
Continue to the Findsindex shorts route after setting a measurement range. Confirm the current destination, selected variant, stock, price and shipping terms before relying on the listing.
